Johan works in a bar sometimes because he loves to make cocktails and yesterday night the bar had a wine-tasting. We had an amazing time and my favourite wines were this one (the ribet rouge) & this one.

Wine & cheese...*le sigh*
ReplyDeleteSurprised to see cubed cheese, I honestly thought that's a typical Dutch thing!
ReplyDeleteBut it's indeed a perfect combination: cheese & wine!

Love these snaps, especially the first one! I enjoy wine tastings too, but I always get too tipsy too soon.
ReplyDeleteWe made sure to not try too much of each until we had tried them all. Then we finished the bottles ;)
Deletemmm, delcious. Any delicious white besides the excellent reds?
ReplyDeleteJust red ones this time!
DeleteWine tastings are so much fun! I went totally drunk from my first one=)
ReplyDeletehaha, hope it was fun! some went totally drunk on this one as well (not me this time) ;)

that's one of the main reasons why i love to be french! (with cheese and bread)
The contrast and lighting on these photos are perfect! A lovely atmosphere!
ReplyDeleteMmmm, wine & cheese. I love going to the ones held by wine sellers, and they are trying to sell really nice but very expensive wine! (They usually try to sell them by the dozen, so I just tell them forget it. Makes it easier to say that once you are tipsy, haha.
ReplyDeleteLooks like a wonderful time!

I'm not a huge fan of wine, but this looks like so much fun! I love the photos that you took. Those cheese cubes look delicous!!
ReplyDeleteOh my, all those cheeses look yummy! I’m sure you all had a lot of fun in tasting all the wines along with these cheeses. Anyway, it’s also good to pair up wine with different food, like steak, poultry and pasta.
