A tea recipe

I have been sick for 3 days. Spent the days reading, resting, drinking tea, eating soup and trying not to get stressed because I have a deadline (I admit, I am very stressed, luckily a quite uncommon feeling).

This tea is one of the things I have been living from:

LEMON & GINGER TEA

hot hot water
slices of fresh lemon
slices of fresh ginger
fresh mint

+ add honey if you like it sweet, I guess it's good for a sore throat :)

Ps. So glad you like the Berlin Guide!

  10. That sounds like an excellent addition to my usual hot water and lemon with honey. I'll have to try it the next time I get sick! And I've been away but I can't wait to check out your Berlin Guide!!

  11. I'm sorry that you're feeling sick. I hope this tea helps you get better. Another herbal tea I recommend is echinacea. It always makes my sore throat and cold feel better within 2 days. Rather than mint, you can also try is adding a few English or black tea bags to the mix for a different flavor. Get well soon.
